Parkinson’s Disease. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2019. I started taking 2 Sinemet 25/100 TABS 4 times a day and 1 Sinemet 50/200 at bedtime. I joined The Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2019 and I receive a PPMI Survey link every 3 months so I can report any changes or new symptoms. I started by giving my family history, and have reported the advancing changes as time passes.
