Knows the subject(s) well, outgoing personality, listens to student questions or concerns, has a well-planned teaching schedule, and shows the lesson plan to the class each morning so that students will be informed and prepared to participate in learning new subject(s) daily. Finally, get feedback during teacher/parent meetings.
